Dublin Street, Edinburgh
This fantastic double-upper apartment in Edinburgh's Newtown was a great opportunity to provide amazing accomodation in the heart of Edinburgh.

Last Update: 10 Dec 2006
The exterior had been completely renovated in a £1 Million update in 1996/7. The roof had also been completely renewed which was excellent.
The dining room again had the original granite fireplace with all cornices.
The sitting room had all the original picture rails, cornices and marble fireplace along with twin sash windows with working shutters.

The original bathroom was a sad affair. This was completely gutted and rebuilt. One nice feature was the roof window which was renewed in the process.

The main feature of the apartment was the beautiful original internal staircase connecting the 3rd and 4th floors in the block.

The large kitchen was one of the main areas to renovate.
